The case study of physioterapeutical treatment of a patient after knee arthroscopy for meniscal lesions

Year of defense: 2014 Abstract: This bachelor's thesis was made like the case study of a patient after knee arthroscopy for meniscal lesion. It's been prepared in the course of professional practice from 7th January to 2nd February 2013 in Institut klinické a experimentální medicíny (IKEM) in Prague. The work consists of a general part, which follows up with the anatomy and biomechanics of the knee joint, soft tissue trauma in the area of knee joint, clinical examination, medical imaging techniques and therapeutic procedures in the case of lesions of the meniscus. A special part follows up a specific case study of a patient, who attended the outpatient department on rehabilitation clinic IKEM. It contains the input kinesiology examination, plan of the therapy, the performance and the evaluation of therapy at the end.
